Lynne Leakey Signature Shawls

Pashmina shawls are a blend of cashmere and silk.   They are imported from India, and Lynne then selects the patterns that are screened on to the shawls in Kenya.  The shawls are then delivered to the Women's Beading Craft Center in Ngong, Kenya where they are hand beaded by Mary Kosen Lekuka. Slight imperfections authenticate individually crafted workmanship.
Each shawl is unique.
The revenue from these shawls are a much needed source of income for the women.
Care for your shawl:  soak in cool water which you have added a palm size of salt & a 1/2 cup of white vinegar. After 15 minutes add a small amount of woolite and give a gentle wash.  Then rinse & give a final vinegar/salt soak, this will set the color. Gently squeeze out excess water and lay flat on towell to dry.  Or, you may wish to have dry cleaned.

All dog collars are leather lined with nickle buckles and rivets and have two rings. Leather can be darkened with Lexol leather conditioner to the color you want or left a natural color.  Collars are measured from beginning of leather at buckle end to the last hole near the end tip.
